Skin Care Treatment for Acne – What You Need to Know
Cleansing and exfoliating the skin is probably the best treatment for acne. However, you should not think that people get acne because they do not wash their skin too often.
Keeping the skin clear is a great skin care treatment for acne. The idea is to stop the clogging of the pores constantly. Whatever lotions, sunscreens and cosmetics you use need to be free of oil. Some available lotions are like Complex 15 which is oil free and prevents your skin from becoming dry. If you are concerned about sunburns then you can use sunscreens like Coppertone Oil-free Sunscreen or Neutrogena. You should avoid using hair products and gels because they are generally very oily. Products that do not clog pores are labeled as noncomedogenic. If you see this in a product then it is safe to use.

It heals the pimples, unplugs oil ducts and kills bacteria that can make acne worse. You should be careful not to use too much of this medication. Only use it five percent with other gel or lotion. You should do this only once a day (after washing your face), preferably before you go to sleep. If you are not using any other type of medications then you can use two times a day after one week. You can use a ten percent solution if your acne does not improve after one month. Accutane is another popular medication for skin care treatment for acne.
