Blue Tansy
Tanacetum annuum— steam distilled from the flowers and leaves. This annual Tansy is a safe and mild anti-inflammatory with a delightfully fresh, honeyed apple scent. It is not to be confused with tanacetum vulgare, the perennial Tansy usually grown in gardens. Blends with most oils especially PINE, CYPRESS, HELICHRYSUM, RAVENSARA, ROSEMARY, CHAMOMILE. Contains 37 compounds including sabinene, cymene, pinene, borneol, limonene, chamazulene, camphor.
CAUTIONS: Best to avoid during pregnancy and for babies. Appears safe based on chemistry. Dilute well (to 5% or less) for topical use. Suitable for diffusing and inhalation.
