6. Wash your clothes after each time you wear them. Some women don’t always change their bra every day. In most cases this is OK however, if you are sensitive to chest acne it is important you wash all of your clothes including your bra and t-shirt daily.
7. Do not wait for your pimples to form. If you see the first sign of them on your face, then act straight away. Acne control is best done early. Pat some ice on the affected area as this will help keep the swelling down.
