		<description>Thanks for the posting ...i was looking for the cause of my problem and now i know it ..i recently had this problem of feet and hands getting cold and as the temp was going below 25F my feet would just turn pale ,,,no blood circulation ,,so the simple technique i had was run your feet under hot water for 5 min ,,be careful though because you may burn your feet since u don&#039;t have sense in the feet where there is no blood circulation...Also be sure to ware woolen socks and good boots.
